Exceptional sensitive and highly specific expression profiling is achieved by pre-aliquoted microRNA PCR primer sets in 384-well PCR plates .

Deliverables:
Mean/Medium Cp value, STD±Cp, Amplification curve, Melt curve/Tm calling, ▲▲CT-Method values, Fold difference, Bar diagram of up-regulation and down regulation level of gene. All assays would be analyzed either in duplicate or triplicate. If data is analyzed using advanced relative quantification E-method, normalized values will be delivered along with comparative analysis and compiled summary report.
